Louisiana Shrimp Boil

Instructions

   Boil the potatoes and sausage in seasoned water 12 minutes.

   Add the corn and cook 5 minutes.

3. 03

   Kill the heat, add the shrimp, and soak 6–8 minutes until just pink.

4. 04

   Drain and pile onto a table or platter.

Cooking tips

• — Shrimp cook in the residual heat — boiling them makes them tough.
