Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Instructions

   Brown the sausage, then the seasoned chicken, in a heavy pot.

   Add the trinity and cook until soft, scraping the bottom clean.

   Stir in rice, stock, and Classic Creole and bring to a boil.

4. 04

   Cover, drop to low, and cook 25 minutes without lifting the lid. Fluff and rest.

• — The brown crust on the bottom of the pot is the flavor — scrape it in.
