Cajun White Bean and Sausage Soup

   Brown the sausage and soften the trinity in the fat.

   Add the beans, Bayou Heat, and stock and bring to a boil.

   Simmer 90 minutes until creamy, mashing some beans to thicken.

• — Add a splash of vinegar at the end to wake the whole pot up.
