Backyard Crawfish Boil

Instructions

   Bring a filled boil pot to a hard rolling boil with Crawfish Flavor Bomb, lemons, garlic, and onions.

2. 02

   Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes, then add the crawfish.

3. 03

   Return to a boil, cook 4 minutes, then kill the flame and add the corn.

4. 04

   Soak 20–30 minutes, tasting as you go, then drain onto the table.

• — The soak seasons the crawfish, not the boil — do not skip it.
